Spying on Nori
Today was not the first time Nori sucked her thumb, but it was the first time I was quick enough with the camera to catch it. Charlie sucks his thumb also but only when he really needs some comfort. Nori seems to favor the left thumb which may indicate that she will be left handed like her Aunt Amanda. I need to find out if her namesake, Aunt Nori, is left-handed too.

Just for the record – Aunt Nori is right-handed. All the other Gilsenan sisters are left handed. Aunt Beth informed me that I had ruined the trend the sisters had by being right-handed. She also told me that my beloved group Alvin & the Chipmunks did not exist and they were just regular people singing at a faster speed enhanced by the record company. I hope Charley and Nori don’t have these types of discussions until they are ready to handle it. I was really upset about the Chipmunks.
